Pulmonary rehabilitation can be an important step in improving function, confidence, and quality of life. This orientation session introduces the goals, structure, and benefits of pulmonary rehabilitation in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
Participants will learn what pulmonary rehabilitation involves, who may benefit, and how education and supervised activity work together. The session also provides an opportunity to ask questions and explore next steps for participation.
This orientation is offered as part of the Breathe Beyond Your Limitations™ program and serves as a pathway into pulmonary rehabilitation services.

Participants enrolled in our pulmonary rehabilitation program also gain access to a private online learning and support environment designed to reinforce education, encourage progress, and provide a place to ask questions between sessions.
