How We Support Your Patients

Referred patients participate in pulmonary rehabilitation services that may include:

• Baseline and ongoing functional assessments

• Supervised exercise and respiratory conditioning

• Breathing strategies and dyspnea management

• Activity tolerance and energy conservation training

• Education supporting chronic respiratory disease management

• Structured progression based on patient response

Programs are individualized based on diagnosis, tolerance, and physician guidance.

Referral Pathway

1. Physician submits a referral or written pulmonary rehab order
2. Patient is contacted and onboarded
3. Initial functional evaluation is completed
4. Individualized pulmonary rehabilitation plan is implemented
5. Program participation and progression are supported
6. Clinical coordination occurs as appropriate

Billing, Referral, and Partnership Structure

Cardiopulmonary Training Center provides structured pulmonary rehabilitation and respiratory conditioning services designed to support physician-directed care. While our center does not independently bill Medicare or commercial insurers, we work within collaborative care models that allow physicians and healthcare organizations to integrate our services into compliant patient care pathways.

Our partnership approach is structured to respect federal and Florida regulatory frameworks, including medical billing, referral, and care coordination standards.  Cardiopulmonary Training Center does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, alter medications, or submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurers unless separately authorized under a distinct written agreement.
